By accessing mmamodel.ai you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

MMA Analytics provides AI-powered UFC fight predictions, fighter statistics, event coverage, and related analytical content. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial or gambling advice.

2. Prediction disclaimer

Our machine-learning models produce probabilistic predictions based on historical data. Predictions are NOT guarantees. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any betting decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any prediction, and we are not liable for losses incurred based on our content.

3. Age restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Gambling-related content, including affiliate links to sportsbooks, is restricted to users 21+ in the United States and other jurisdictions as applicable. We make reasonable efforts to geo-gate placements, but ultimate responsibility rests with the user.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, mirror, or republish our content without written permission
Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit the service
Impersonate others or harass community members
Use the service to place bets on behalf of someone under the legal gambling age

5. User-generated content

When you submit picks, comments, or community posts, you grant MMA Analytics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You remain responsible for your content; we may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Affiliate and advertising disclosure

MMA Analytics earns commissions on some sportsbook sign-ups and product referrals. These arrangements never affect our predictions, rankings, or editorial coverage. See our Advertising Disclosure for full details.

7. Intellectual property

All content — predictions, stat breakdowns, articles, and the ML model — is owned by MMA Analytics unless otherwise noted. Fighter images are used under fair use or licensed from rights holders. UFC, UFC fighter names, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners; MMA Analytics is not affiliated with or endorsed by the UFC.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time; contact team@mmamodel.ai.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMA Analytics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100 or the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where MMA Analytics is domiciled.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
