We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribed records are retained for 12 months for compliance, then deleted.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security (HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database at rest, role-based access control). No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you within 72 hours.
